GTA4 – April 29th Worldwide Release

After Grand Theft Auto 4 failed to hit its October 2007 release date, plenty of gamers were worried that Rockstar would slip into late 2008, satisfying the Christmas rush.

The ever flamboyant and iconic Rockstar games unleashed an email with nothing but the logo, protagonist Nico and the release date; 29th of April 2008 – worldwide release on Xbox 360 and Playstation 3.

Sam Houser, Founder and Executive Producer of Rockstar Games said “We’ve pushed ourselves very hard to make something incredible and hope the game sets a new benchmark for interactive entertainment.”
