Ghostbusters Game is Region Free
The upcoming Ghostbusters game, which we happened to like a lot, is a PS3 exclusive in Europe for the time being. The Xbox.com product page for Crackdown 2 confirms that the Pacific City sequel will feature much more multiplayer content than its predecessor. The game will have a multiplayer mode for up to 16 players and cooperative for up to 4 buddies.

GameOn! London Delayed Until November
HMV’s GameOn! Expo has been moved to a November 14th and 15th date
. The event will take place at Earls Court and show off a bunch of Winter 2009 and Early 2010 games. We’ll probably go, if we can be arsed.

Notable Releases This Week – Prototype (360, PS3, PC)
Joining Crackdown and inFamous as “super powers in a sandbox city” games, Prototype’s protagonist Alex Mercer is able to absorb the biomass, skills and memories of his enemies. With this tasty lifejuice, Mercer can shape shift into any number of deadly weapons or defensive structures. He can also run 100 miles an hour, scale buildings and jump hundreds of metres; I once leapfrogged a bollard. Also:

- Indiana Jones and the Staff of Kings (Wii, PS2, PSP, DS)
- EA Sports Grand Slam Tennis (Wii)
- Wii Motion Plus (Wii)
